Trung and Alix did a great job helping us sell our condo and find our new home! They set clear expectations during our initial meeting and did a great job following through on everything that was promised. Our condo sale process was very efficient and we were quite pleased with the outcome. The buying process was quite stressful, however, both Trung and Alix were patient and reassuring throughout and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Furthermore, resources and professionals that they brought to the table all reflected the same way and simplified the whole process immensely. We would recommend the Trung Bien team to anyone looking for the same experience we had!

I found my experience with Trung Bien Estate Team was very good We had a lot of conditions from very short time to buy the condo and only one are in Calgary that we were look at. Even with all these conditions we work as a great team to find the right condo for us. They worked with us keeping us informed all the time. I feel that if you want someone to work hard for your future home these are the people that you can call on.

I had the pleasure of working with Trung to sell my home, and him and his team were fantastic. They made selling my home such an easy and stress-free experience. Trung really took the time to explain all the details to me and the step-by-step process of selling my home, and also provided a staging advisor and a photographer for the listing photos as well. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I have no doubt that my home sold over asking due to his hard work and attention to detail. I will be recommending Trung and his team to my friends and family.

We had a great experience working with Trung to sell our house. At our first meeting, Trung came very prepared, with detailed information about comparable sales in our area. He outlined a great strategy for selling the house, including doing some minor repairs, cleaning, and staging the property. He had many great contacts that we ended up working with during the process of selling our house, including a cleaning company, a staging company, a plumber, and a lawyer. We were very satisfied with everyone's work. Throughout the entire process, Trung was very responsive, keeping us updated regularly about showings and feedback. He always responded to messages in a timely fashion. We found him to be very direct and honest, which we appreciated. When we received an offer, Trung worked hard to finalize the deal, and we were very happy with the final sale price. We would certainly work with him again and recommend him to our family and friends.
